Frequently Asked Questions

How do I secure a booking?

A deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival.

What payment types do you accept?

We only accept Visa and Mastercard for payment. Please note we do not accept American Express. We also accept Bank Transfer – please contact us for details.

CAN WE BOOK BOTH CHALETS?

Yes of course if they are both available at the same time – please contact us directly to arrange.

Can I stay for one night?

Whilst our minimum stay is two nights we would consider a one night stay but this would be charged at 75% of the normal two night rate for that period and is subject to availability and not available at weekends or during special events.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes we are dog friendly although we do have doggy do’s and don’ts – please refer to our t & c’s for more info!  We charge $35 per dog per night. Sorry we do not accept any other pets other than dogs.

Do you have air conditioning?

Yes we have reverse cycle air conditioning units in both the living area and the bedroom.

Do you supply linen?

Yes we supply all linen and towels for the duration of your stay.

DO YOU OFFER HAMPERS?

Yes we can arrange various hampers for your arrival. Click here to view our range of hampers.

Do you have a coffee machine?

Yes we have a coffee machine to use and we supply 4 x complimentary pods per day for the duration of your stay.  If any additional pods are required they can be purchased at a small cost.

Do you supply firewood?

Yes during the periods when the wood heater can be used we supply ample wood for the duration of your stay. If more wood is required then this can be supplied at a small charge.

Is there phone coverage?

Yes we have phone coverage but it can be limited at times due to our location in the middle of the forest but it’s great to use this time to disconnect and re-charge without any interruptions!  There have recently been some new local mobile masts installed which has improved the coverage.

Do you offer free WiFi?

Yes we offer free Wi-Fi in our luxury chalets but encourage you to disconnect from your devices and enjoy the natural beauty of the forest and its surroundings.

Are there walking tracks?

Yes we have some lovely walking tracks around the property for you to enjoy.

Can we bring our own mountain bikes?

Yes you can as we have some great tracks for you to explore, but our tracks would definitely only suit mountain bikes though.
